Sale Price:£60.00 Original Price:£100.00

The Greyface Dartmoor is also known as the Dartmoor or “Improved” Dartmoor.  Attractive, quiet and easily handled the Dartmoor have their enthusiasts throughout the country and provide a natural focal point whenever they appear.

Descended from the local breeds, which grazed the low ground in and around Dartmoor, they have an immensly strong constitution. Improvements were carried out during the 19 century using the local Longwools (Notts) and the Leicester.

ABOUT GICLEE PRINTING

The original painting is scanned and printed by Paul Wright in Morpeth, an expert in colour correction, scanning and giclee printing. For the frames I use Alan Smith from Morpeth Chantry Framers. Alan is a perfectionist, I trust him completely with my work and he has never disappointed. Every piece is double mounted and framed individually by Alan and signed and numbered by myself.

  • This is a giclee print of the original artwork and uses top industry standard digital scan and colour reproduction techniques

  • It is produced in a limited edition run that will never be repeated

  • It is printed to the same size as the original painting

  • It is printed on the same high quality archival paper as the original painting, using the best quality pigment based inks

  • The prints are stable and lightfast, but as with all fine art, it should not be displayed in direct sunlight

  • Hand numbered and signed by myself, these beautiful prints will last and last, give decades of pleasure

FRAMING

My artwork tends not to be in standard sizes (as the subject dictates the shape and orientation) but I do encourage framing all your prints and originals. I can highly recommend my framer to create a beautiful complimentary frame for your artwork.

There are many options available, including hand crafted ornate frames to simple plain wood and everything in between. I trust his judgement as he has wonderful taste and decades of experience, but if you require something specific please let me know.

Please read my Terms & Conditions and if you have any questions, please do get in touch.
